While we take pride in every Soraya by Rozi product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in a return or exchange. Soraya by Rozi gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 10 days after purchase date. Original receipt and tags must be attached. Tags that have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway will not be accepted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please note all sale purchases and accessories are FINAL SALE.
Please complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible). Return Form must be included in shipment or we will not be able to process your return or exchange. Ship return packages to address listed below. Packages must be returned prepaid. Please use a shipping method that allows delivery confirmation and tracking services. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Refunds are processed 5-7 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund has been credited.
