SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12 pm PST, will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

Soraya by Rozi offers three types of shipping options within the United States. All packages are shipped UPS or Fed Ex, with the following options. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Soraya by Rozi will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
